Artist Statement:
An ambitious project with a troubled and lengthy production, this film endeavors to place some of the key ideas discussed in Plato's Symposium in the context of the lives of ordinary people leading dull, ordinary lives. I was brought in to help save the film in the editing room, a task which has taken a year and is still ongoing. The director and I are currently assessing the state of the project, but I am confident a better version of the film will eventually see the light of day.
